These people are wonderful. Super knowledgeable about auto repair. They really take the time to explain needed repairs and give you a timeline on what needs to be corrected immediately and what can wait or what will be coming up for repairs. I was referred to Veteran Vehicle Repair by a tire place. I called and they were able to get me in the next day. They were professional and great to work with. They even were honest enough to tell us that we didn’t need a repair we thought the car needed. It was so easy to pay and pick up my car after hours. We were trying to be cautious when looking for an honest car mechanic. Well we found him. The staff was so understanding and professional and accommodating to our situation and explained everything to me thoroughly and helped me prioritize what needed to be fixed first and what could wait. I really appreciate their patience and my husband was impressed. My husband is “okay” at doing repairs. Where to begin? This is the auto repair/mechanic shop you have been looking for but could never find. I came across them by chance/convenience. I blew a fuel line on my diesel less than a mile from their shop In Lake Geneva. Some would find that unfortunate, I however disagree. I had my truck towed to them. Next day I had a detailed list of necessary repairs relating to the breakdown and things that were soon to fail. They were individually itemized with the cost of labor and parts for each repair. They do a thourough and complete inspection of the entire vehicle. They will physically show you the areas of failure In need of suggested repair. You can tell they are knowledgeable, precise and detailed in their field. I never once had the feeling I was being sold on a repair I didn't need. They are honest and professional in their customer service. Very friendly and personal office staff. Great at staying in contact with you about your vehicles service and time repairs will be complete. I have brought my work truck in the 2nd time now and they worked on it until after 10pm knowing it was important for me to have it the next day for my crew. You just will not find that kind of service anywhere these days. I have brought my wife's car in for repairs also as well. I trust them more than enough that i have brought in my classic car as well and then are currently working on that! My vehicles have also been returned to me with 2 year warranties extending beyond the work that was completed. This is first class service any way you look at it. The pricing is more than fair for the quality and service you will receive here at Veterans Auto. It is one of those places you want to keep a secret and only tell your closest friends and family, yet at the same time you want everyone to know about them and support what they do and who they are so they stay around for a long time. Veteran Vehicle Repair has become our families auto service department from now. We have used other companies in years past but the pricing and consistency of Veterans has made us switch and stay with them moving forward. Well ran shop and very professional.
