Chris at the Lake Geneva Post Office saved the day! I had a box shipped overnight from a vendor to my customer's event venue for an event this weekend. Lo and behold... the venue doesn't have a mailbox and doesn't accept USPS deliveries. What?! I am a wedding stationer and I have never heard of anyone just *choosing* to not receive mail from the postal service. Chris had the foresight to hang onto the box instead of returning to sender; he answered my call on the first ring and knew before I told him what I was calling about. We were able to arrange for someone from the venue to pick up the held box at the Post Office, and now my customer will have her items for her wedding, all thanks to Chris thinking on his feet. Thank you, Lake Geneva Post Office!

Always terrible-any simple questions you ask they are very rude and constantly act like you’re a problem. Hate coming here-make everything such an issue

Every time the plows knock over my mailbox, they say they'll re-deliver my mail and packages and never do then end up losing them and I end up going back for days on end to figure it out. Happened the last 3 years in the winter. They also need to learn customer service skills!

More than once I have had items in my mailbox with the FLAG up and my mail person never came to pick it up! In order to get items picked up I need to schedule a request for pick up!

Visited the Lake Geneva post office for the first time. I tried to send something Registered Mail with insurance. They could not figure how to do it. Seriously. They tried, but it didn't happen. Also, a manager incorrectly told me that registered mail insurance is limited to $5000. WRONG. I took the package to a different post office where they took care of me promptly and with no issues. Also, I insured the package for more than $5000. Go figure.

Everything that I have delt with was normal ...I mean depending on the time of the year means in some cases longer lines and wait time however the get the job done fairly smoothly everytime

Great customer service. I rarely go to the post office, only around the holidays to mail packages. Service is friendly and they keep the line moving, never too long of wait at the busy season.

Every time I order something off amazon and see usps is delivering I expect it to be late and about 99% of the time I’m right!! Happening right now it’s great! Why pay for prime when you have the risk of usps to be your delivery vessel
