My family and I went in to do the THC shots. After about 20 minutes 2/6 of us became extremely ill. Sweating, nauseated, and mentally unstable. We all had to be driven home. One of my sisters purchased a vape cartridge and a battery. The vape cartridge looked like it had been tampered with. When my sister tried to get a refund for the cartridge, she was told to bring it back and he could “wipe it off” for her. I just want people to be aware that some of the products are shady. And no refund was issued for the tampered vape cartridge.

To Addi, and her partner in crime that day (very kind soul w/black hair, sorry im bad with names) thank you so much for helping me find juice head nic pouches on the fly when my boyfriends vape pods were outta stock, hes now a fan of them. Always have a good experience there whether it be for his or my smoking habbits. Very friendly staff over all and always happy to help if they can. Definitely would recommend them if anybody is in Lake Geneva and something happens to their mod/disposal

We're from out of state and stopped in real quick for a disposable vape. The friend at the counter was so knowledgeable of every single product in the store. I was completely blown away! Absolutely loved the store, vibes, and the variety of products!

These are literally the nicest people in town. They stayed open for me when I was running late to try and get there on a Sunday! They are always super knowledgeable about what they've got on the shelves and how they benefit different personalities/needs/people. This is a special little shop and probably my favorite in Lake Geneva!

Even though I'm not a smoker, I did visit this place in search of cigars to celebrate the birth of my nephew. They don't carry cigars but were so friendly and kind enough to point me in the direction of a local cigar shop.

Great atmosphere and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great recommendations on products. Rewards system will help keep the total low. If you're in Lake Geneva, definitely stop in!

First time in Urban Cloud factory and really appreciated all the info and help Addi gave us. We will definitely stop in every time we visit Lake Geneva! She even hand wrote instructions for me! Really happy with the purchases we made.

Went here for the first time today they got a great choice of vapes and the pricing is reasonable. Also the two guys that were in there were very knowledge and friendly will def be making the drive from Burlington to lake Geneva just to go to this shop.

Hands down the best shop I've been to in the 3 years I've been vaping. I am not from the area went up to Lake Geneva for the weekend. I lost my vape freaked out then found this place and I am so happy I did. The staff is incredible. Extremely knowledgeable. They helped me find a pod system that I actually enjoy more then the one I had. If they're reading this I thank each one of you and I can't wait to revisit. I highly recommend this shop. Incredible experience. THANK YOU
