This is such a cute little gift shop conveniently located in downtown Lake Geneva. They have all sorts of items for sale like t shirts, hoodies, magnets, jewelry, mugs, fudge, etc. Their prices are fair. The staff is very welcoming and kind. Check it out if you're in town!

I purchased sandals for my daughter at this location. I went next-door and the same pair of shoes and several other items are half the price of Treasure Cove Gifts. The return policy is not noted at the time of purchase. There is a small sign that was pointed out to me after I attempted to return my item along with the receipt. The return policy is obscure, above eye level and partially covered at the cash register. In addition to the sign being partially covered, there are several other messages and postings surrounding the return policy message, making the area clutter, and difficult to view, since the area is busy, making it difficult to view. Upon learning that the sandals were not returnable, I pointed out store policy to other customers, so they do not have the same experience. I also share the business next-door has the same items for half price. To the owners of this store, please properly post your return policy. Please make sure that your policy is posted in a place where people of all stature and ability, are able to view your policy. An individual in a wheelchair or of short stature would not be able to clearly view this policy. Asking me to leave and threatening to call the police seems like this business does not want your customers to be aware of your allegedly easy to view return policy. My other advice to the business owner is, if you do not want customers to share local business, details and best area deals, this business should make their own prices more competitive to stand out among area competitors. It is understandable that these are difficult economic times. Everyone works hard for their money and is struggling. It is understandable that tourists are looking for the best deal in the area. Please respect the business that tourists bring in. Do not exploit it.

Came in a week or so after my father landed himself in the hospital. Wasn’t looking for a gift at the time but found myself picking up the cutest little recovery Knic-Nac.HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping in this store during your stay/trip in or to Lake Geneva!Really appreciate and wanted to commend Robin for there attentive help and sweet lighthearted attitude.

I think the issue with the store is that there isn’t much space to navigate it especially when there is high foot traffic, It does seem to have a cool oddity or two, but it also seems like when you walk you might break any and every item around where you are looking.

I love how young all the workers are and how sweet they’re. However there was a kinda older staff lady that was extremely rude to me. I think she was the owner but not entirely sure.She commented when she was helping me pick a shirt that I might need to go up a size after saying i’m a Large. I am already insecure about my body and I will never support this small business again.

The staff we’re so rude!! I was trying to get help and the staff we’re just ignoring me. Their stuff is also not good quality, they used to be decent and my old favorite place when I went there but now I just can’t ever go there again. I am so disappointed with my experience here.
