Took belly dancing here for my bachelorette party! What a fun way to spice up our weekend. Linda was AWSOME and we learned so much :) Would recommend and come back for more!!

Gym is clean, has the necessary equipment needed for a variety of fitness goals, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Wonderful teacher who studied with Iyangar. We've gone to her off and on since 2002 I think. Her style is prescriptive addressing issues any of us have that week plus very adaptive to your ability. I could not recommend this place higher!
