sign on the door says masks required. Woman who worked at the store was not wearing one. I came here specifiy to get some earrings. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.

Good jewelry found what I wanted, but came back on Friday and store wasn’t even open. Had to call the owner who’s in Costa Rica and didn’t even know his own hours of operations.

Used to buy stuff from here (the lakeside storefront) every time I visit Lake Geneva but the pale, thin, blond woman, late 50’s early 60’s, working at the counter today was so rude! Never said hello or welcome or anything, basically acted like I wasn’t there when I walked in. She was literally throwing coins into the register one at a time, making a point to to it as loudly as possible to make it clear my mother and I weren’t welcome in the store. we both felt like we were intruding in the store and weren’t welcome. I was going to buy another ring but her attitude put me off so bad I put it back and left.
