At the end of June I purchased a box of four beauty and the beast ornaments for a Christmas present. I never opened the box, and although I can’t find my receipt, my bank statement has the store, date, time, and exact amount. I recently changed my mind and called the store to see if I could return it, and she told me that I needed the original receipt, but she took down my information and said that the owner would call me. I didn’t hear from the owner within a reasonable amount of time, so I called back. The cashier said that she had told the owner, but that they lost my name and number. She took my info again, but the owner isn’t getting back to me, n now I don’t want her to. It may not matter to her, but it should, she has lost my business n respect.

My cousin and I came into this store for less than 2 minutes and was immediately followed by the cashier. We went to look at the stuffed animals and without even as much as a greeting, she came towards us and glaringly watched us behind the postcard rack. It was an uncomfortable experience being profiled the moment you walk in. Even as we were leaving, she just kept staring at us. We’re both over 30 years old, so I think we can handle being in a store without being watched. 0/5

Love this shop! They have amazing Disney Jim Shores and I always have to stop here when I’m in Lake Geneva for that reason. I recently got Tinkerbell and Mickey to add to my collection. The cashier yesterday was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.
