If I could give a zero I would…I grabbed two stuffed toys that were in a bin labeled $7 each…there was also an ad saying that they were buy one get one half off attached…the toys rang up $7.99 each with no discount for the second one…after I paid and looked at the receipt I noticed the error…they inspected and apparently only the one dog toy in the bin with multiple others was the deal…mislabeled and they did nothing to fix it…beware ppl they swindle you when they get the chance

Petco was great. I was picking up crickets for a client I dogsit for who also has a gecko. Can you imagine a rabbit dog sitting? It's true! Anyway, I was tasked with putting the poor little crickets to their deaths. Petco, always a fave for obvious reasons, was more than helpful and friendly and xI would definitely recommend their Lake Geneva location! RIP crickets☹️

We had two very poor experiences at Petco. The staff was very rude and even mean to our dog. We were twenty minutes early to an appointment and they told us to "go walk around" and when we returned they told us that we missed our appointment and we'd have to reschedule. ? Another time, they also half groomed our dog and then called us to pick her up.

Their bettas appear to be the healthiest selection in an hour radius! I scored an alien betta there and he glowed up beautifully! Friendly staff too!

My service dog and I were assaulted while in the store. An older couple came up and tried to pet my dog and when I pulled her away, telling her she's a service dog and not a pet, I was spat on and told to not bring my service animal to Petco.
I complained to the manager and was told the same thing, that if I don't want my dog to be pet to not bring her.
I need my MEDICAL ALERT SERVICE DOG, so I need to have her with me. I will never shop at Petco EVER again.

Last Sunday I spent 15 minutes in line waiting for the clerk to try to shill the Vitalcare to each of us individually.
Hearing him half-a-dozen times was such a waste of my time, I'm considering going anywhere else from now on.
I understand he was "just doing his job," but for management to, likely, demand the behavior is too much.
"No thank you" should be all it takes to shut the sales speech down.
