A year ago I received some Overland slippers as a present. I was completely enjoying them, warm and soft. Then I noticed a hole was forming on the back side of one of them and it quickly was growing. I reached out to their customer service and they quickly responded to me. As it turns out they decided to have me ship my slippers back to them and they shipped out a new pair. What incredible customer service. I even received a notice via email when they shipped out the new pair to me. I am impressed with the service and will definitely buy from Overland again.

We had the best shopping experience at Overland in Lake Geneva! Dianna was a great sales lady who was very, very informative and helpful in finding us jackets/coats that fit us perfectly and look awesome. We've never owned such nice & warm clothing before. I was blown away by all of the high quality jackets/coats in their store! We highly recommend Overlands in Lake Geneva!!! ?

First: The parking meters are covered for the winter! The store is great. The young man who helped me was great. Handled me, 2 calls and found the jacket size I wanted at another location. Shipped to me free in less than 5 days. I have the bomber jacket. Every year for 3 years I get compliments. And it's worth every penny in Chicago in January and February. ❤️❤️❤️

Great people, kind and helpful. Beautiful, quality products that they back up 100%. In this day and age, when it's impossible to find shoes that last, it's good to know there's a place that backs up their product. Steppin' out in my new boots!

Among the best sheepskin and leather jackets manufacturers in the US. Probably the best brand when it comes to shearling coats and sheepskin jackets. Their prices are quite modest for the quality of their garments, also. The store I visited is in Lake Geneva. The salesman was very polite and helpful.

Purchased the quilted hayes jacket in lake Geneva. Great service from Diane.It’s a beautiful coat and once you figure out the zipper, it is not an obstacle. The staff helped with sizing and then shipped it to my home so I did not have to carry it back from vacation. High quality coat with a beautiful look.

I bought a pair of lovely leather boots in Colorado at the Overland there. I loved them. Great quality. Durable. Well a couple of months ago the zipper on one of the boots started to give me trouble. I was very upset because they were expensive and I spent the extra money to buy boots that would last. I got the zipper to work again and then today it completely broke. Well, I thought since the quality was good I'd bring them to a cobbler. Well, the closest cobbler is now 30 minutes away. So I thought I'd see what Lake Geneva Overland would say. They had 100% guarantee and replaced the boots. The was a nominal price difference feom when I bought the original pair. But as Gerald explained to me, they make high quality products and they back them and that should not have happened. My visit today exceeded my expectations and I will definitely continue to be loyal customer. In a world of products with declining quality it's nice to know someone still has our backs! Thank you for your exceptional customer service!
