We recently used Macs for moving our belongings from our home into their storage facility in Lake Geneva, then later they moved our belongings into our new home. Everything went smoothly, every step of the way.This was a complicated move including Macs storing our belongings for 3 months while we were in between homes. Macs brought peace of mind throughout, including being flexible to adjust our final move-in date due to last-minute unforeseen changes.At both ends of our move, the crew arrived on time as promised, and their communication with us both before and throughout all phases of our move were punctual, courteous and helpful. It's great to see crews that work together so well and with such positive attitudes. We appreciate how they laid out runners to protect the hardwood floors and carpeting at both ends of our move, working quickly across several rooms at the same time. The crew discussed and clarified expectations before and throughout the move. They wrapped and cared for our more precious or fragile items with extreme care, and at delivery they put everything in place and reassembled everything. And best of all, nothing was broken along the way!As the move took place I kept thinking, "wow, this service is absolutely worth the price."
