Mike’s Auto Repair is TOP NOTCH! These guys go above and beyond when you’re not even expecting it because it’s just who they are?! I had an end of life, trans blowing experience with my vehicle. No other shop would have been as accommodating as these guys. Pretty rare these days, all my gratitude!! ?

During our girls' weekend trip to Lake Geneva, we had a rather unexpected encounter with a large salt bag. After running over it, it somehow managed to get stuck on our vehicle. Despite our best efforts to find long tongs to remove it, we were unsuccessful. We stopped at a local Walmart for assistance but were told they couldn’t help us.
Determined, we Googled for nearby help and found Mike’s Auto Repair. The team there was incredibly kind and quickly got us back on the road. Special thanks to the friendly staff, especially the young man who assisted us. They even refused payment, telling us to enjoy our time in their hometown. Thanks again for your help and generosity! ❤️

We came to Lake Geneva to buy a used car and used Mike's for a pre-purchase inspection. They were SUPER kind, helpful and got us in on short notice. They gave us a very thorough inspection, complete with photos. We were so impressed and thankful we did this. We wished we lived locally so we could use them as our every day mechanic. Thank you!

Always get outstanding service at Mike’s! Today, Seth, my service representative listened intently to my concern, updated me when the issue had been detected and followed up with me throughout the process ultimately resolving the issue. Also, kudos to the technician who discovered the issue and got me back on the road in a timely matter.

Oil was dripping from drain plug. In the area for a wedding that was starting within the hour so needed it checked quickly. Had arrived after they closed but they saw I was stressed and opened the shop to take a look. Turns out the shop that changed my oil & filter didn't tighten the plug or filter enough. They checked/tightened everything and refilled the oil within 20 mins. Very friendly, nice and helpful with quick work. I'm very grateful to you guys; was able to make it in time to the wedding.

This shop is the best! I am from Missouri and was spending the week in the area with some friends. We noticed my van started to feel wobbly so I called them up and they got me in the next day to take a look and were able to get my repair done the day after. They were all super friendly and so accommodating. They wanted to make sure our vacation plans were not disrupted and even gave us some ideas of areas to visit. We were so appreciative of their help, I highly recommend them!

I am new to the Lake Geneva area. I didn’t want to have to bring my car all the way into Milwaukee. So I was so delighted to have such great service. From Mike’s auto repair. They looked at everything, and told me everything that I needed immediately and what to look for in the future. My car is a 2013. I trusted them completely. Lastly, a big surprise was that they washed my filthy car! What a delight! I will definitely be back!
