Luz went above and beyond taking questions and working with me on services needed into late hours on occasion! The finished product was fantastic. I received many many compliments on hair and make up for my son’s wedding. A talented and very sweet lady. I recommend highly!

My wife and I traveled from Texas to holiday in lake geneva. I research spas for my wife and I and we selected this spa for facials and pedicures. Excellent choice, Tracy and the staff were amazing. I've never had a facial cleanse before it was very relaxing. Thank you Tracy and staff.

My mom was getting married and we went to Luz for our hair and she did my moms makeup and to say she was amazing is an understatement. We both loved our hair and my moms makeup looked incredible, we will definitely recommend anyone to come to Luz for hair and makeup :)

I recently had IPL treatment to remove brown/sun spots, and it’s incredible! Only takes a few minutes and my skin looks YEARS younger. So fresh and vibrant. What a miracle :)

I can’t even touch on the quality of the spa services because the general operations are so terrible. Don’t even waist your time trying to book an appointment here until they put a phone at the front desk. Trying to reach anyone here will just steal your peace (defeating the purpose of going to the spa in the first place). Try Clear Waters Med Spa in Williams Bay instead.

Very nice and relaxing massage services. Jessica is a great masseuse. Spa services seemed good all around. Facility accommodations otherwise are minimal but pleasant.
