The pharmacist on duty was very accommodating when we asked to schedule our second COVID booster. She also advised us saying, “this is what I’d tell my parents to do.” The facility is clean, unlike chain pharmacies that we’ve used in the past and it is efficiently run—what a refreshing change!

Great ladies who know how to make you feel special when arriving to pick up a prescription. Been coming to Mercy Walworth Pharmacy for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else - they’re family and they still ask if I have any questions about the same medication I’ve been taking for 10 years. Love it!

People are extremely nice and normally never have an issue. Only problem is judgement you get when you're late for a prescription. They don't seem to understand reality for people. They aren't open 24/7 and aren't open on weekends. Sometimes people are busy or dont have money for their meds and honestly being judged for being late by a couple days is not something people should need to deal with :/

The women working in this pharmacy are beyond the best. They go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of and as quickly as possible. They're always kind and you will always be greeted by name and with a smile. It has to be one of the most welcoming environments ever. A+ service all around.
