We won't ever go back. I can't help but laugh at how rude the old ladies are at the front desk. Over the phone or in person, they act like you are bothering them for calling or coming in for your appointment. Slow and crabby. Why work in a customer facing position if you are unwilling to answer questions or help people? Doctor was very rough with out recently adopted and very shy puppy. We were working on positive experiences in new places and with new people...until we walked into this facility... Doc told us that to keep our pup from jumping on us, we should step on his back toes. Ummm... I am open to all sorts of training techniques but stepping on my dogs toes??? Hard pass. Doc was very rough with him the entire visit. Said he needs to be shown who is boss. Again, I can appreciate all sorts of techniques but come on... he was 3 mos old... give him a chance. Doc does have a calm demeanor but his aggressive approach to puppies is enough to turn people away. Moral of the story, everyone here should retire.

Just called and spoke to the rudest receptionist. I actually can’t believe her job is to answer the phone or deal with clients… all I was trying to do was make an appointment for my dogs to get spayed. I was as nice as can be just trying to get an appointment for my dogs, but she accused me of being a patient that didn’t show up today then acted like that excused her rude behavior?!?! Absolutely ridiculous how rude I was treated and completely uncalled for! Here is an idea for the receptionist… check the caller ID, it’s tells you who is calling and you would know I’m not the patient you are upset with.

Great customer service, they're a smaller business. Probably the cheapest in town which is what made me go with them, took both of my cats and it what well under $300 even with one of them getting neutered! With today's economy that's huge!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone for any pet.

Very cruel trying to draw blood from my dog. Tech kept stabbing him in the chest not the neck. Never got any blood. Stopped them. He was traumatized.

They only want to go through their pharmacy. It shouldn't be about the money and where the prescription comes from but that the pet fees what they need!

My small dog was seen three times for an eye injury and one medication was begrudgingly given when there were many available at the next vet to see him. He was diagnosed with diabetes and the amount of insulin directed to give was a lethal amount. 2 units needed, 8 was the amount they told us. Do not go here unless it's a simple nail trim.

I'll make this quick and short. I came here because I was recommended by several friends as this being the best around. (New puppy owner at time needed a vet.) Noticed dog was way smaller than usual (half the weight he should have been). We addressed our concerns on the weight and it was ignored and brushed off. 2nd time back we demanded his stool was sampled and it turned out he had Giardia all along. Wow! Who would've thought being so skinny he was perfectly healthy! Should've stopped going at that point in time but struggled to find another vet with any openings. And for the straw that broke the camels back; we had a day of work taken off for an appointment for a rabies shot (and to retest for Giardia) and when we arrived we were told the Vet is not here right now. Lets put the icing on the cake, they didn't have any more tests available either! Are you kidding me? Why don't you call to let your customers know this stuff? Unacceptable.

Dr. Peabody is a wonderful vet. Very knowable all all animals. He takes care of my dog, cat and horses.

We took our cat for an exam. Dr Peabody is a very good vet. He is very sharp and handled her very well it was very good how calm he kept her for the exam. We got some medicine to treat our cat. We were very pleased and do recommend Dr Peabody.
