Used this place for the first time last week and I picked up my black garment, went home and I discovered my garment was COMPLETELY covered in cat hair. I don't have any pets, so I sure didn't bring it in like that. This is completely unacceptable.

There is a drive thru in case you are in a hurry. The employees are very nice and helpful. I recommend getting your clothes dry cleaned here!
