I was sold a 2021 Nissan Kick S. Of course it is used. Meaning there were previous owners. I picked the car up the next day giving them ample time to get it ready for me the new owner. The car was not detailed to be offered as a purchase or loaner. The stains on all seats were unbearable. I had two managers try to explain to me that the used cars come like that because it’s used. I said I have never had a used car offered to me in such an awful condition. So they start to explain that the detail person was on vacation and this and that. I asked them both if they rented an apartment would they move into the apartment with the last tenants garbage and stained carpets? They said no of course. So I said it should be the same with cars especially if it’s used. By it being used it should be in the best condition possible. The most offensive part was the stains were wiped out by a young man and the service manager. Little spray and a cloth. So the matter was not difficult to resolve but I had to raise my voice to be heard and they even threatened to shred the contract and give me my money back over some stains in the seats that could have been taken care of before I picked up the car. I have bought two other USED cars from this same location and those cars were Immaculate inside and out. The two managers ADAM and ROBERTO had no idea how to treat a paying customer and moreover if I could I would have fired them for how they talked to me and treated me all because I complained about simple detailing that took 10 minutes tops to get done. I don’t know what those stains were. They could have been body fluid or whatever. I just don’t wallow in other people’s filth. Even when you rent a car there is a standard on cleaning it and bringing it back clean. Oh I forgot to mention it was used as a loaner a couple days prior to me buying it. I am so disappointed by the way those two MANAGERS treated this particular situation. It was such a simple solution. Instead they gave me excuses and a threat. one short white guy with a big stomach threaten to ripe the contract up. And the tall Hispanic guy with the big stomach co-signed on how the other manager was treating this situation. I would beware of this location. These are new employees since the last time I was out there and it is clear they do not care about the customer just the money and getting the cars off the lot. I wish the old employees would come back and teach classes on customer etiquette. I no longer have any reason to do anymore repeat business with them EVER!!!! They have lost a loyal customer. 3 used cars purchased with them but no more. I’ll go were I’m appreciated from now on. But those guys should be fired.
