Came to visit lake Geneva, and me and my boyfriend got put off right away with the no large purses or backpacks rule. Luckily I didn’t get told anything like all the other reviews said but me and my boyfriend did notice all the workers seemed on edge and were constantly lapping around where we were not sure if it’s because were younger they assumed we would steal. It was just weird 2 employees were constantly lapping, one man was sitting down by what I’m assuming was his booth just watching everyone. The setup was weird, they didn’t really have anything super interesting worth buying we left with a recurve bow and that’s it. We spent maybe 30 mins and I told my boyfriend let’s get out of here I don’t feel comfortable and feel like we’re just being watched.

I always find something special! Great place to see amazing jewelry and antiques. The ladies are always so helpful and nice.

My girl friend and I walked into this store and my friend was asked to leave her hip sack at the front by an extremely rude lady. After that lovely exchange she followed us around the store. I feel bad for the vendors who are losing buyers because the staff clearly has no interest running a quality business.

Drove 45 minutes over to this establishment. Greeted at the door with "You have to leave your purse in the car". No hi, hello, etc., I was NOT leaving my $300+ handbag in the car. Immediately after I walked out 3 ladies came in one with a backpack, my husband stepped aside to let them enter, they were not turmed away. We will not be back. Found Lake Geneva in general to be unfriendly.

The woman behind the counter was incredibly rude. She stopped me at the counter to inform I had to leave my medium sized purse in the car or behind the counter. I complied and then noticed other people in the store with larger purses than mine. When I asked about this she said "I'm not the police and just go away". Horrible.

Selection is alright, I felt very unwelcome, the owners didn't say hi but kinda followed us around the store the whole time, there was a cctv picture of some guy on the front door and a no bag policy so idk if they recently got robbed or something but regardless they gotta realize it deters actual customers when you act like everybody's out to get you

Glad I didn't make the trip to this antique mall. People with medical issues can't wear a mask and they can determine what purses are allowed? Ridiculous.

My mom has cancer and is going through chemo. So she is wearing a face mask. The store refused us service because they have a “no mask policy.”

My wife and I have been going to this establishment for several years and have made many purchases. We decided to pay them a visit for my wife's birthday today and the woman at the counter said my wife's purse was too big. She said she could remove her wallet and leave her purse in our vehicle or behind the counter. I asked when did they start this policy? And she responded "a while ago". I said absolutely not. For one, my wife isn't leaving her purse in an unattended vehicle. And if you don't trust us, why should we trust you with her purse? My wife would have been fine with her even checking her purse before and after, but that wasn't an option. I'm sorry you felt it necessary to start this policy, but unfortunately you lost a long standing customer with this policy.

I travel to a lot of antique malls. This one is on my favorite top 10 list. So many choices with a great variety! The coin & currency selection is impressive and priced right. I see so many antique mall type stores with horrendously priced coins/currency which is misleading. That is not the case here. I love the totem pole! Definitely worth checking out.
