Switched management without any warning. Increased monthly rate by 26% without any warning. Added on a $22 “late fee” for not accepting the normal payment on the first of the month, even though I didn’t get a letter in the mail until the 4th. Will be getting out of this place ASAP and going elsewhere.

I had a great experience here. I recently moved to Lake Geneva and needed a storage unit right away, Matt was very helpful with the process and made it fairly easy for me. The unit I'm renting met my expectations and so did the price. I reccomend.

I have personally had 2 storage units at this facility for 7 years. They rip you off every chance they can. They charge you for crazy reasons, and then they say "oh I'm sorry there's nothing I can do about it". I will be getting my stuff out ASAP. I will NEVER put my stuff in this facility again. I would rather sell it. Mary is a liar. 7 years.....
