“Said there would be food but there wasn't. Apparently not enough employees. Drinks were not consistent, but always the same price. Not enough seating. The other guests is what saved the whole thing, and the beautiful grounds and decor. I'd try it again.”
“Visiting my great grandma for her 100th birthday and it was less than 10 min from the nursing home. Incredible breakfast every day! Great coffee and waffles along with an adult bevy available at front desk. My dog Tim enjoyed his stay as well with lush grasses and walking paths near by. Had a gym with everything I needed. Very clean rooms with very unique tree printed window shades. The showers were fancy with glass sliding doors and a well lit mirror. Will come again next visit. Thank you to all the friendly staff!”
“This bar had a great, authentic speakeasy vibe. The cocktails were delicious, and in addition to the Wisconsin old fashion, they made an excellent traditional old fashion, which made my bourbon-loving Kentucky boy husband super happy. If we lived in the area, it would be a regular spot for us.”

“The best thing about this hotel is the amenities. They have a salt water pool outside with lounge chairs, cabanas and pool side wait staff. There is also an indoor pool and a jacuzzi at each.
We borrowed their e-bikes and rode them into town. They were free to use!
The hotel hallways and rooms could use a refresh but overall not too bad.
A short distance from downtown Lake Geneva makes this hotel a fun option for those who don't want to pay downtown prices.

“They have upgraded this hotel! We were here last year & they really improved the ambiance. Our room had many conveniences. Microwave, fridge etc. Staff was friendly and helpful everything was clean well stocked. My only complaint is the bed was lumpy. But the view of the lake was amazing. We will stay here again.”

“Just stopped in to evaluate the place for dinner. Had drink on outdoor patio. Staff seemed confused. Warm day but had to ask fie umbrella, water & cool drink. Nice inside, patio needs TLC. Weeds & overgrown bushes & trees. Hopefully it will be better next time. Prices are rather high.”

“Gary was the best host. We had the room with no AC so make sure you bring your own fans. It was cold at night so it made up for it. Incredible locations, 7 min walk to the Main Street of LG. Worth every ”
“Clean and updated room, but not very functional. One chair for 2 people is not enough, especially since the bed is very high. AC / heating unit sounded like a hurricane all night long. I didn't get any sleep, but my husband was completely fine with it. The location is very nice. Right by the lake. The restaurant has a nice view, but food was just OK.”

“We took advantage of excused absence and i am glad that it was almost empty. It’s definitely good for young kids but I do not recommend for older. I loved the room size, it was perfect for family of 3. Bathroom was spacious and the whirlpool bathtub was inside. Didn’t get to use kitchen and I remember the sink was kinda nasty. Loved the balcony that I got to see horses. Moving on to entertainment, it was underwhelming bc arcade and bowling area were so small. Also the water park was small as well but it was nice to have all included. Seems like it’s running pretty good and had no problems with anything. Late check out is extra fee if you want to stay longer. Target is not too far if you need anything and fast food options”

“The room was very nice. However it had a very strong chemical smell. Almost like it had been bombed for bugs or something. Also a lot of fruit Flys in the kitchen. We only stayed 2 nights. And we're gone all day. However, we wouldn't have been able to stay another night. It just was so smelly. Probably should have asked to move rooms. Told the desk upon leaving. They did absolutely nothing. We would definitely still come back. Maybe just speak up next time for the about of money spent there and the $250 incidentals they took out of my account at check in. Luckily that was returned day after we left, and not 5-7 days later.”
“We loved the location! It’s only 3 minutes from all the activities and the Lake, but quiet enough that you can relax without noise.
The customer service was wonderful, very accommodating. The manager on duty was very attentive and made sure everything was good. I didn’t catch her name but she had long hair in 2 braids. Next time we are in Lake Geneva I will definitely stay here again.
Rooms: Room got 4 stars only because it was a bit outdated with a little bit of wallpaper peeling in the corner, and housekeeping didn’t give enough soap, shampoo, etc
We had a suite with a pull out bed and the pullout was actually quite comfortable, I slept great both nights we were there.”
