Great walking location to everything. For the price in the area you can't beat it. Having a sauna, hot tub and pool was a plus I wasn't expecting.

They have upgraded this hotel! We were here last year & they really improved the ambiance. Our room had many conveniences. Microwave, fridge etc. Staff was friendly and helpful everything was clean well stocked. My only complaint is the bed was lumpy. But the view of the lake was amazing. We will stay here again.

We couldn't have been more delighted with our visit to Lake Geneva and our stay at Harbor Shores. Perfect location, comfortable room, delightful staff, magnificent lake views! We walked to the lakefront and to the downtown shops and restaurants repeatedly. And Gino's restaurant right off the lobby was an added bonus. After a long day walking the lovely community of Lake Geneva, the hotel hot tub was just what we needed. Can't wait to visit again!

Spent one night here and I was impressed. The parking attendant was courteous and the front desk was great. The room had everything I needed, in addition to free coffee and a fireplace for ambiance. Having Ginos East pizza for dinner was superb. Great location for walking to shops and enjoying the lake view.
Nearby activities: Lots to do nearby including shopping, boat tours, and dining.
Walkability: Easy to get around to all of downtown and great for people watching.
Food and drinks: Ginos East pizza is at the hotel, which was convenient for dinner. Lots of great places nearby for breakfast.

I can't say anything about the service because we didn't use any services on our one night stay. The hotel is in a great location to walk the downtown area of Lake Geneva and right on the lake.

We had a lovely time staying here. Great views of the lake and great location to down town. Rooms are slightly small, a little out dated, toliet power was questionable. But besides that, all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location can't be beat. You park the car and don't need it. Walking distance to everything in downtown LG. Indoor and outdoor pool.

Beautiful location, quaint hotel with good parking in the back. Room was satisfactory, hotel staff were reasonable and I WOULD recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay a couple nights.
I would ALSO, however, recommend not using Expedia. I agreed to pay 143 per night via Expedia, but ended up being charged a grand total of $434.41 (instead of $286) because Expedia tries to take advantage of you by using obscure, barely intelligible language over the phone and being arbitrary and ambiguous about their pricing. Basically Expedia tries to poach 100+ dollars per transaction, which is predatory.
If you're gonna book here, don't use Expedia! If you can't avoid Expedia, despite this hotel being great, I would look elsewhere!

Location can't be any more convenient!!
Rooms: We always ask for a room with a lake view. Awesome!!
Nearby activities: Riviera Beach. Safari.
Walkability: Harbor Shores is close to everything.

Walkability: Lake across the street. Many shops and eateries blocks away.
Food and drinks: Many nice restaurants, nice wide variety of menus, with views of the lake
