I just stayed two nights and it was a let down. Our air conditioning was broke In our room both nights and I complained multiple times and everyone I talked to didn’t do anything about it. It was also 90 degrees outside so air conditioning would have been really great. The front desk said that they would call someone to come into our room to fix it and it never happened. It was very unacceptable for how expensive the hotel is. I talked to a lady at the front desk the 4th time I called to try to get us moved to a different room and all she told me was that she was going to have a manager call me and they never did. We never received any compensation for the extremely poor experience.

Beautiful Resort. Besides that, the staff are soo friendly. I was in the locker room and was not feeling well. My blood sugar dropped and I was very fortunate to have a staff member by my side. Her name is Ella. Ella gave me anything she could find to get my sugar levels to come up and within half and hour, I started to feel better. She remained calm and helpful. Ella, thank you soo much! I don't know what I would've done had you not been there. Bless your heart.

My first time at Grand Geneva. Back in the day I was a member of the Playboy club what a difference, yes it's been many years but it was so nice to see how it changed. So much fun!
Food and drinks: Great restaurants mostly did breakfast. The buffet was great. You can also order from the menu.

As always great experience. We visit this place several times a year. They made it us special for my husband’s birthday with a bottle of champagne and it created a good mood for entire stay. Highly recommend for families with children or not.

We just had our wedding weekend at the Grand Geneva a few weeks ago. We could not be more happy with how the weekend went! Every single staff member was helpful and accommodating from start to finish. From the moment we pulled up, we had two kind employees assist us in bringing our luggage and wedding bins to our room. One of them ended up being part of our rehearsal dinner setup at the pavilion the next night, and she was just as lovely then. Someone even assisted getting my grandma a plate of food as she uses a walker. The gentlemen working by the golf carts assisted in driving my grandma to avoid her having to walk far, and several other trips to accomodate over the weekend. The worker in the golf shop gave bandaids to some of my bridesmaids who needed them. The bartenders at rehearsal dinner and reception were super friendly and professional! The bartender who worked our brunch Sunday morning at Brissago was extremely accommodating and friendly. Every other waitress and bartender from Brissago, lobby bar, and pool that we interacted with were great! All of our guests had the best time and kept saying how great the service and employees were. And a special shout-out to our event coordinator, Courtney McMillion. She was simply the BEST - above and beyond service. So helpful, accommodating, patient, and helpful with every step of our wedding planning. She helped put my mind at ease. Sooo grateful to have gotten to work with her! She is the wonderful! So happy to have Grand Geneva as our wedding venue to look back on forever! Thanks to all of you!

Stayed here for a wedding over this past labor day weekend and was very disappointed. This room was definitely not worth $500/night. They require you to book at least 2 nights so your total is 1k out the door in costs at minimum. We found 2 bugs in our bed and so did another member of the bridal party. Our tub drain did not empty so whenever we used the shower, you were standing in almost 1 ft of water. The room has very minimal lighting, only a tiny movable light on each side of the night stand and a dim light behind the bed...So at night it's hard to even see anything in the room. I asked for a steamer to borrow from the front desk for my dress and they told me they'd bring it up to my room, I waited and waited, it never came. There are also have no elevators and the rooms are very spread apart so be prepared to walk very far. The restaurant's food was delicious I will say and the lounge bar was nice. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I was overall just very disappointed in our room and do not at all think it is worth what we paid. Also, the morning of checkout, we were up getting ready and we heard a knock... As I went to enter, someone was already opening up our door. I closed it to open it again and it was a maintenance man who couldn't tell me why he was opening my door. Then about 15 minutes later we heard another knock and RAN to the door to make sure they didn't just open it again, and they just said sorry! sorry! Basically two maintenance/cleaner men trying to get into our room before checkout at 11 am. What a way to end our stay and we still checked out before 11 am.

Very clean, quiet. We stayed in the villas w our pet and it was perfect for us!
Rooms: We liked having separation with the loft bedrooms upstairs and the living areas downstairs. Loved the walk out deck with access to green space and fire rings.

Great place for a relaxing weekend/week. Nice pool(s), beautiful golf courses, excellent food, and close to city of Lake Geneva.

The hotel was nice and very clean. The spa is a nice amenity to give guests a place to shower/change considering the minimal time allotted to be in the room on check in and check out days.
The staff was mostly nice, but the hotel is structured to nickel and dime you for now much a room is per night ($$$). Our very mediocre brunch was $25 per person, lunch service was slow, check in is very late (4pm), staff at the the cafe ignored us to be on their phone. When inquiring about late checkout there was a $100 fee to stay for a few more ours and the housecleaning staff was knocking on our door at 9am wanting to clean our room (making us feel like we needed to get out even earlier). Given the price point and the resort structure we expected more from our experience.

Really impressive staff and location. Not crazy expensive. Only complaint is that the bathrooms are unnecessarily cramped.

Stayed the week of July 22nd for a company event. Property is amazing, morning walks were awesome. Service was severely lacking, reported gnats in my room on 3 separate occasions and nothing was done! Asked for daily room service (at a minimum, new towels and coffee), most days had to call back - one would think for the amount paid for the rooms, service would be just short of excellent. Had great experience at the restaurants & bars - golf course was in excellent condition & golf staff created a great experience.
