UPDATE 2/2024): I'll keep this one as short as I can. My car got totaled and when I tried to get the service contract cancelled (which I was told needed to be done before I could file my GAP), I was told by the warranty company that Cherie had to do it. I was constantly contacting her and she kept telling me that she was still waiting for the check from the warranty company. She dragged it out so long (for months) that I missed the window to cancel my warranty and ended up having to put out the last few car payments and wasn't able to file my GAP claim with the warranty company. After a lot of calls to different people at the warranty company (it was like pulling teeth to get any information), I got proof that Cherie had cashed the check the warranty company sent to her about a month prior to the deadline for me to file my GAP claim (yet she was still telling me she was waiting for the check from them while my money was in her bank account). Honestly horrible company and you should absolutely stay away from them (their warranty company seems shady too). My husband also has a car from them and we don't trust even taking it there for maintenance at this point.
UPDATE (5/18): I'm not sure why the comment back to me was to call the dealership as I had already tried that multiple times and left messages but was never contacted back? As of 5/16, my car loan was paid off, but my husband's was not so I called the dealership and was finally able to get ahold of Cherie. She said she sent the check to Carmax Friday through Fedex so they should have it within the next day or 2 and I said okay. I then asked for her to send me the tracking number and she said she didn't have it with her at the moment but she would email it to me later that day (yesterday). As of this morning, still no tracking number and I called Carmax to see if they have gotten the check and they said no so I called the dealership again to ask that the tracking number be sent over and Cherie was not there so I left a message. All day with no communication from Cherie and still no tracking number.
(5/14)FAILURE TO PAY OFF CAR LOANS. My husband and I both got cars from here just over a month ago and all of a sudden, 4 car payments come out of our account last week (overdrawing our bank account btw - 2 payments for our old cars and 2 for our new cars). I have called the dealership 3 times (twice Friday and once today) and have been told that the owner is the only one that can handle it but she makes her own hours so every time i have called she is never there. then today i was told that she is usually there from 1-3, but still no call about the issue. also the lady i spoke with told me she has contacted the owner on her cell phone to tell her the situation and to contact me but it seems she doesn't care. very unhappy about this and it seems I'm not the only one this has happened to.

We made an appointment to go look at a car. Drove over 2 hours to get there only to find out that the car was on a paid hold and was prior to even setting up the appointment. The car was listed as a 1-owner accident free vehicle when in actuality the car had enough damage to it on the hood, rear end, and passenger side to easily be totaled out as a total loss vehicle. For us it was hours wasted but I even feel worse for whomever put the paid hold on it sight unseen and hope they can get their money.

Nice customer service but was sold a faulty Tesla that went out less than a month and was stuck with the problem and got no help or answer from management

On 5-11-24 Jim in the service department went over and above excellent service. He was very helpful and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ford of Lake Geneva again and recommend them to everyone.

Absolutely terrible dealer, sold me a lemon truck and never did anything to make it right. From the get go, they were rude and sketchy to deal with. I would steer clear from this dealer!

Just picked up a used car for the GS. There was a small problem with the brakes on the car he test drove. They repaired the issue new break pad, rotor and tie rod end and still gave him a pretty good deal. Owner also explained financing to GS as his first car. Sales and everyone super easy to work with, would purchase a new or used vehicle through this dealership again.

After searching from Green Bay to Illinois for a used truck I came across one in Lake Geneva Ford. Lake Geneva is 2 1/2 hours from Green Bay so I decided to invite my dad along for a father son road trip. And the trip was worth it, we drove home with my new truck! Lake Geneva Ford is the perfect example how to do business. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating. The salesman I worked with John was super friendly, always on top of things, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. Owen in finance was another helpful and really friendly knowledgeable person that wrapped up paperwork with a smile and lots of stories along the way. And last but not least Chuck the owner who made this entire deal happen. A great guy who’s been around the car business for a long time that went the extra mile to make it happen to get me the truck I always wanted.Thank you to everyone at Lake Geneva Ford for helping me get the truck I wanted, at a price I was looking for, and for being part of a father son road trip I will never forget.
