Cathy was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. They did a repair on a very old earring and they did a beautiful job. Price was very reasonable too. After I was notified that my repair was ready, she called back to see if I needed a new back. Now that is someone who creates happy customers!! ❤

I had Chinawest Jewelers make my gold wedding band and they did a phenomenal job! The first band was not sized right - my fault, I have then the wrong size - they able to resize and get the ring to me quickly. I absolutely love the ring and appreciate the incredible customer service. Well done!
