Terrible customer service! I called to set up an appointment for opening a student account. Was told the don’t take appointments, just walk ins. Drove to the bank. Was told now was not a good time, they will be starting lunches right away, please come back in about 2 hours. Drove back again later, just to be told I need a birth certificate and social. And a “sorry, I should have mentioned that before”

Amanda is such a great teller, I had an issue with my bank account being restricted, because of a social security issue from a name change. I would’ve not had access to my funds from my paycheck for two weeks if it weren’t for her. Thank you so much Amanda!

Chase a whole is trash.First they close a pivital location in a city of 25k people, so now its a 39 min drive for me to do my business.Today is a rain sleet mix. They closed, left they were open on google. Cant call them direct.Not only am i missing 120k from them closing my personal acct due to their liberal bias on my shopping.I do millions a year with them and today their utter gross incompetence cost me a $140,009 sale.Not another penny will they generously give me .01 % roi on.Bmo barris tomorrow. Transferred all funds already. Cut up my card.Central bank trash!.

The ATM here never works! And there is no other chase bank or ATM in the area so if you need to use an ATM, you always have to pay the extra fees because of it. Very frustrating.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve called about an
Issue with a paycheck. The First Lady who answered talked super fast and was very impolite. Why should I transfer over to another lady I told her my issues that was going on she kept on raising her voice and asking for a reference number and all I asked was for me to know if there was an coming or not. After getting no answers I told her thank you but could I have a manager phone number so I can call back later. She told me she does not give out her managers phone number at all. When I told her OK I will call later she then very sassy said thank you but have a nice day and hanged up. Good luck with this bank!

The ATM at this location is always broke! They either need to fix it or get another ATM. Maybe have 2 at this location. It's very frustrating never being able to use it.

I have been banking with Chase and its predecessors since 1978. Always in the downtown Chicago and suburban areas. I have also had a home in Lake Geneva for the past 24 years. Sadly, I have not had many good experiences with the Lake Geneva Chase branch. If you need something notarized or you want to open a new account, you will be lucky to get an appointment in two or three days and sometimes even further into the future! They simply do not have enough employees. Sadly, they also do not have a Cash Station inside the bank, only one for drive-through customers. Having a Cash Station inside (like every other bank) the bank might help alleviate some of the work load their current employees have, so they could concentrate on better and more timely customer service.

If you need to use the ATM to withdraw money, deposit money, or basically anything else good luck. The ATM is always broken and won't dispense cash or take it. What is the point of having the ATM if it never works.

We were having a heck of a time getting to the correct fraud department using the 800 number. Today we went to the branch in lake geneva and a lovely woman Kari Fischer called and after 45. Minutes she got into the fraud claims dept and got the claim filed. Thank you Kari.....you're a ROCK STAR!

I’ve been with this bank for many years. I’ve never found the ATM broken, the staff has always been friendly. I wouldn’t normally put in a review but I see too many bad reviews and think only crabby people must put in reviews!!
