I would say the name is fitting for this shop because thats what it is.. BULLSHIT! With BULLSHIT owners! They sold me damaged goggles and then said they don't accept returns on optics . Do not waste your money at this place, buy else where or at local resorts

Ordered new skis online and was sent the previous model year. The previous model year were cheaper so I just wanted them to refund the difference. When I call they tell me to leave the info via e-mail. 3 weeks later still no response.
Update: They ended up taking care of me, was just a matter of getting the right person. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and immediately credited me the difference. Changed from 1 star to 4.

Casey was very helpful. I called about boots to make sure I wasn't getting scammed because I was scammed out of bindings two weeks ago. Casey called me back and made sure I would get them. and made sure i was getting the right boot in the right size. unreal levels of customer service. 100/10

Great place for rentals or purchase. We were first introduced to The Board Shop for seasonal ski rental. The next year, my daughter bought her first set of skis. This fall, 2 years later, we traded those skis in for new ones. They have an awesome boy back program! Owner and staff are knowledgeable and make me feel confident that I was making the right selections for my daughter. I thought she needed bigger boots but they said hers still fit her just fine. They didn't let me buy what I didn't need. I highly recommend

Very fair pricing and very helpful takes his store very seriously and i definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs their skis or board needs taken care of . One of the best stores there is !

Excellent customer service! They came right up and asked how they could help. Answered all of our questions and even explained some things about buying a snowboard that we hadn't even thought to ask. Then they gave us some time to just browse and decide. Would definitely come here again. Prices were also better than what we had found online. My son loves the board he picked out.

I wanted to like the place but a female employee was rude and not welcoming. I took my daughter to Lake Geneva for her 6th birthday and wanted to surprise her with a board that she liked and felt comfortable. I had looked up this place and thought it would be a good experience. The guy in the register was nice and welcomed us but when we got to the long boards my daughter picked up a board she liked and when we were checking her footing (not riding) I heard yelling but didn't think much of it. Then I told my daughter to move her foot in a different position while I was holding her hand. Then the female employee walked past us yelling "No riding in the store" so I put the board back and told my daughter we will just have to find a better one back home. She was upset but understanding. I've bought boards before and usually they will come and offer help or ask me if i had any questions, but not this lady. She just yelled at us when walking past us.
