I am really happy with my 17-inch screen HP laptop. This is my 2nd purchase. I love the flexibility of these. I bought 1 in 2020, used it for school, but my part-time job was to babysit for my 2 yr old nephew which used to love to sit on my desk, and would sit on my laptop! So part of the screen was off, plus I filled that one up with my classes. I was taking 1 terabyte, but it still has room. I love these HP's they're the best, oh! The customer service at BESTBUY is phenomenal, such darling young ones! Keep up the good work, ladies and young gents!

Nice people...came up to me and asked me what I needed. Prices are not to bad and most stuff they have is very competitive with Amazon. Costco still beats it by a small margin on TV's. Overall would go back. Picked up some hdmi cables.

Went to Geek Squad in a panic when my Samsung zfold phone froze completely...unable to do anything. Took to Verizon before BB and they worked on it for an hour with no luck. Geek Squad had it back to normal in about 20 min and no charge. They are awesome!!

Found it interesting and beyond annoying, how 2 different people 10 feet apart and 30 seconds apart can ask if I need assistance. This after the woman at the very front of the store asked and 3 others asked on my way to that section of the store. 6 people all got the same answer and best buy did not get my business. Instead I walked out and ordered what I needed online, which is apparently what I should have done in the first place. For a minute I thought I was at a sleazy used car dealer with the way these vultures circled.

As much as I love dealing with Best Buy their partnership with Geek Squad is horrible for customers. They won’t communicate and you can’t get ahold of them. The level of service from GS is tarnishing Best Buy customers and I’ll be cancelling my $300 annual membership and canceling my BB card altogether. I’ve never had a good experience with GS at BB.

Returned a faulty printer purchased in January 2024. Best Buy said the 1 year warranty was thru Hewlett Packard and not Best Buy. So instead of replacing the printer and purchasing a television, we walked out and will do our business somewhere else in the future.
