THE RATING SHOULD BE ZERO STARS...Called three different times of the day... 8/3/23 and they don't even pick up their phone in Lake Geneva...No even a automated answer... Oh, but they sent a mail piece soliciting my money for a savings deposit... Do you really want to trust a bank like this with your money... ? There are no excuses for this Bank or any bank to lack the character and responsibility not to.pick up the phone after 12 to 15 rings...Bottom Line... don't trust them..

Seriously the slowest bank. There are 2 locations available to me since closing the Delavan one. I either drive to Lake Geneva or Elkhorn and 99% of the time I drive to Elkhorn, but in the off chance I am in LG and come here it takes atleast 20min to deposit money in the DRIVE THRU.

This bank is the worst I stopped in an hour and a half before closing to get a new debit card and they were unable to help me!! It absolutely blows my mind that they were unable to get me a new debit card because they were “booked up with appointments” even though nobody was in the branch, Melissa was no help highly do not recommend going to the Lake Geneva branch!

I would not recommend going to this branch due to the fact that the staff is poorly trained and does not have the clients best interest at mind. It is absolutely astounding that they would rather turn people away and be on their phones, then help someone in their time of need.

I needed to help my elderly Mom with her bank account, even though there was one closer to her we ended up working with Lindsey in Lake Geneva! She was so polite and helpful. She gets 5 stars from us! Thank you!!!

Best associated bank I know of. I moved to Madison and I still cant find any place like Lake Geneva associated team. I still to this moment feel a lot more comfortable with them then any other location I have tried. Their team is plain 10/10!

I have had a number of other bank accounts with other banks and Associated is by far the best in my experience. The employees at the Lake Geneva branch are awesome and experienced. They alwaus answer any questions I have and are willing to work with you to help you on any financial venture.
