Postives: Very clean store. It isn't always well stocked, but that is probably everywhere post Covid-19 world. Good deal of parking. Most cashiers are friendly and address you. They aren't afraid to open another line if lines are getting long. Pharmacy is well stocked unlike competition in the area where I have had to wait a few days for medication to be in, this has only happened once at this pharmacy. Customer service is lacking at the Customer Service Center they are snarky and belligerent and won't answer questions and do not give information on how to actually resolve an issue including asking was there a general store manager. At this point, the Customer Service person was obtuse. I kept getting, "Good luck with that" or "Nothing I can do." I am sure that last line is true if they aren't trained to be unhelpful. Walmart's app often switches to different stores, so pay attention to where you are placing the order. It's downright sneaky that way. You cannot get your money back quickly. It took calling another store to actually get an 800 number where I could cancel my order. It ruined my holiday shopping in that I could not shop because my money was tied up with the canceled order and there is no local way to address the issue. So, while the Customer Service person was extremely rude about this fact, they actually do not know how to communicate well due to a problem they cannot fix and get no support from corporate on fixing their stupid app that is causing the error.

Great food, dessert and cheese selections. Lori is amazing, sweet and a ray of sunshine. Give her a raise!

Oh, the gloriously green 'northern' Walmart of Ladysmith. This store is relatively small, given that it's located in a town with around 4k people, but that's okay! Their selection is more than sufficient for what people need in town, and they have really wide aisles which I am a fan of. I came here for Black Friday once, and didn't have to deal with being run over or pushed out of the way by carts, there was enough room for everyone! A little bit of everything available, with friendly staff, and a good 'hometown' feel.
