I've been in the store a few times in the past 8 years. I've never been helped or even acknowledged by a employee. Always ends the same. I wait 20 minutes for help or even just a hello. I give up and drive 30 minutes to the next us cellular store. Ridiculous customer service but then I suppose it's only customer service if you acknowledged people in your lobby.

My husband and I received newer phones for Christmas. We stopped into our Losey Blvd US Cellular and talked to Eric. He transferred info from our old phone to new ones. He was so helpful, answered all questions and had the job done quickly. He was wonderful. Next time you are in Losey Blvd US Cellular be sure to ask for Eric!!

It took past closing time and it did not phase him. He made sure our phones were good and working. It took so long when one phone turned to two. Keep up the awesome job!

Cooper was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and very polite. He was able to answer all of my questions with a breeze! He made the whole process easy. And on top of everything, he was an honest salesman.. not trying to sell extra things, or try to "scam" me. Very admirable!!! His overall energy was awesome and he had a remarkable attitude!!!!!☺️GREAT AGENT!!

We stopped in twice this weekend to upgrade our phones...we dealt with Eric and Dani .... Sawyer assisted...3 very knowledgeable reps and do a great job explaining...the programs and products that are available. If you're looking forGreat products and great service...then stop in at the Losey Blvd. US cellular location......

Alright, I'll preface this by saying I didn't want to write it here. I used the 'Contact Us' form on the Cell Plus website and gave it a week and got no response, so no it's going here.I stopped in about 2 weeks ago and although I had a mostly pleasant experience, the agent helping me proceeded to read my credit card information out loud while on the phone with a true US cellular representative, with 4 other customers within eat shot. When I was leaving I raised my concern, and he stated "we're trained in credit card security." I responded, "they train you to read customer's credit card numbers out loud?" To which he said, "No, that's why I did it quietly." At that point I needed to remove myself, because the situation had gone from concerning to ridiculous.I'd strongly suggest you review your training policies with your employees, this has caused me a great deal of inconvenience seeing as I cancelled the credit card I use for business expenses. I've never had another carrier than US Cellular, and I've used this La Crosse affiliate for a few years. I'm disappointed I heard nothing back in 2 weeks after contacting you through official means.The nonchalant way in which the agent read my card out loud around 4 other customers tells me this is a common occurrence at this location. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your cell service needs, or at the very least make the extra drive to an actual true US Cellular location. At least if something happens there someone might be held accountable.Ridiculous. An awful business practice and even worse customer service.
