He went right into my phone to correct the problem by getting rid of an app. He knew how to help me right away. He also answered other questions concerning John's line. Very savvy with the phone system.

I love all "MY KIDS" at USC especially Eric since I have known him the longest. It is such a good feeling when I walk in the door I am greeted with "HI KATHY" Not very many businesses get to that level of knowing it's customers.
Each question I have is answered in terms that I understand and each problem is solved in a timely manner.
USC ROCKS!!

I've been in the store a few times in the past 8 years. I've never been helped or even acknowledged by a employee. Always ends the same. I wait 20 minutes for help or even just a hello. I give up and drive 30 minutes to the next us cellular store. Ridiculous customer service but then I suppose it's only customer service if you acknowledged people in your lobby.
