I have been with this bank for over 25 years and specifically this branch and location. No problems, in the last 20+ years, but now that Wyatt is the manager, things are not good for me, he was hired and now I have lost my trust in US Bank. Sorry Wyatt, while your employer may be pleased with your service, and perhaps you are just following your marching orders, I feel your contributions on your employer's behalf are a disservice to this community, I will be taking my money elsewhere, I'm going to checkout Citizens State Bank, looks like they are here to serve this community.

Probably the worst banking branch I have ever had to deal with. I have been with US Bank for more than 25 years and have enjoyed good customer service. This branch is unusual as I have no issues anywhere else. Avoid this branch if you can and use online tools whenever it is an option.

This is hilarious, I went to your branch because I was going to close my account with y'all because you are by far the worst bank I've dealt with. Low and behold both branches shut down today because of "weather". Meanwhile, the entire city goes on business as usual.... I got the real truth from the festival employees, they're short staffed at both locations...closing my account is definitely making sense now. Good riddance

The worst experience. None of the tellers understand the policies. They do not understand how to handle your money. The manager Wyatt is toxic and weird he has issues. See other reviews. He escalated the situation. He wants to bully you and not help. DO NOT let this branch handle your money.

Sitting in their drive thru now where I have been for almost 20 minutes. Just dropping off a check for deposit. Still have not even been greeted. I used to actually enjoy coming to this branch because the staff were so friendly, but service has been really poor the past few visits…disappointing!! I am glad I moved most of my banking to Park Bank just up the road!!

I just needed to cash a payroll check due to a direct deposit issue so I went to the bank who issued the check. After waiting in the lobby for 5 minutes before anyone offered to help they told me it was going to be 7 bucks to cash their own check. After that it took the guy another 5 minutes to figure out how to even cash the check and ended up needing help to make it happen. I'm glad this was an isolated incident with direct deposit not working this one time. I couldn't imagine dealing with their ridiculous fees and incompetent staff on a regular basis. I have had really great service and assistance in setting up my Sr. accounts at this USBank. The staff/window persons have always been friendly and professional. Had there been "no charge" cashier checks/money orders, I would have given this bank an earned 5 star rating.

I own a business and I recently opened a business account and it has been nothing a nightmare trying to make deposits and withdrawals. It should not take 30min to locate my account when I provide a number and everything. I wouldnlikenfornthis to improve greatly please.

Spoke to Patricia the branch manager. Her attitude was unbelievable obviously no customer service skills. Failed to have business team call back. I call her supervisor twice no response. I guess it shows the ignorance of this branch is trained from above
