The people behind the counter were not very helpful or friendly at all. Now I understand the low rating. They acted like we should know how to maneuver the store and do everything ourselves and not bother them.

The lady who answered the phone was condescending, pretended to sound smart even though she was clearly not, and gave incorrect information. No wonder they have 2.9 stars.

Tried to do an Amazon return and they turned everyone down that was in there when I was in the ups store....the only location where returns are accepted they said they're wifi was down so they won't be doing returns all day.......super inconvenient!...

I waited all day for a package that needed to be signed for. They made me wait till the last minute then marked my package as “Receiver not available” which was a blatant lie. I left notes on the residence just in case I was in the bathroom or eating. Cameras showed nobody came.
So I went to the store downtown, they told me to call the warehouse, the warehouse told me to come over there at 7:30pm
This whole time I was waiting in queue for a phone service representative to call me back, got put me in a waitlist again, I got a call, answered, then they hung up, and then I just called back and said “dropped call” and they put me in a waitlist for 17 minutes which was longer than an hour without anyone answering.
UPS is dead. Zero stars if possible.

I had the best experience with Sharon today at this location(I hope I have her name right). My Amazon return contained two items that I thought should be sent back in one package. After looking at my receipt on Amazon only one item was shown as being returned and I realized my error as they should have been sent separately. Sharon took my phone call, understood what I had done, located my items, had me send her my Amazon QR codes and corrected my packaging error. She went out of her way to help me and I really appreciated it. Thank you Sharon!!!

We had the best experience this morning with Sharon. She was very helpful with are overseas package. We needed assistance, she is knowledgeable and very patient and pleasant. This has been the best experience we have had. Customer service at Market place location is the best. Thank you so very much

as a gen x-er still mourning the copy shops of old, i needed a place to help me make a "zine" comic for an upcoming book event. i didn't want to spend a lot of money because i don't have a lot of money & i didn't want to charge my patrons more than necessary. so i found myself at the ups store in downtown la crosse with a thumb drive of images to turn into a comic.
i was disappointed that i couldn't do it myself, but the manager came to help me & set the images for me & created beautiful copies for me to use. she was amazing. i left there feeling amazed at how well it all went. i will definitely go there next time i need help.

Younger guy needs to learn customer service skills. I had multiple packages to return he scans one and walks away. Someone else had to finish helping me. Every time I return a package here it’s a hassle.

I’ve never shipped something before but I had a travel bag that needed to get repaired. I went to this UPS location and downtown La Crosse and the man helping me was so helpful and sweet. I was totally ready to walk in there and feel embarrassed but he walked me through the whole process and was great. I forgot to get his name but I had a great experience at this location.
