Absolute worst customer experience. I was set for a delivery on the app for a window of 2pm tp 6pm on a Friday. At 7pm, the app updated to say they would deliver by 7:15pm. By 10pm, the app updated to say the package was not being delivered.
The package was product samples for my business that needed to be delivered on Monday.
I contacted the help line via text, they said that the driver did not finish the route and that they would deliver on Saturday. This was a lie.
On Saturday, I contacted customer service and they said that they did not deliver on Saturday, but I would get my package by 5pm on Monday.
I'm writing this at 7:15pm on Monday. I've filled out a missing package report. My package was scanned into the truck, but never scanned out, and is now missing.
About $500 worth of tequila samples.
I can't talk to a real person, and there is ZERO accountability from UPS. They won't even refund the shipping cost.
AVOID AT ALL COST.

I waited all day for a package that needed to be signed for. They made me wait till the last minute then marked my package as “Receiver not available” which was a blatant lie. I left notes on the residence just in case I was in the bathroom or eating. Cameras showed nobody came.
So I went to the store downtown, they told me to call the warehouse, the warehouse told me to come over there at 7:30pm
This whole time I was waiting in queue for a phone service representative to call me back, got put me in a waitlist again, I got a call, answered, then they hung up, and then I just called back and said “dropped call” and they put me in a waitlist for 17 minutes which was longer than an hour without anyone answering.
UPS is dead. Zero stars if possible.

UPS man, so over this service! I have been getting packages here no problem since I moved and now suddenly, when an actual important package that I need for work, was supposed to get here, suddenly my address is wrong??!!! I checked my address is right, the ups driver just didn’t look, there must be a new guy or something. It took 30 minutes to talk to actual human and even though I talked to someone YESTERDAY and was told it would be fixed, now they are telling me it wasn’t put on a truck today “oh well it will be there by the end of the week” how does that help me when I needed it YESTERDAY!? They are then like “well you can come pick it up…” I live over ann hour anyway and am AT WORK, trying to explain why I don’t have this package. How was it not put on the truck TODAY when I called and was told it was fixed YESTERDAY. Will avoid using this service in the future.

I was home driver stuck a message on door saying my package would be delivered the following day to Viroqua agri ctr , They wanted to charge me 5.00 for handling not a good place to be dropped off at.

A driver tailgated me for 2 miles while I was on my motorcycle and going over the speed limit. (To give myself room) He pulled up next to me at a stop sign , harassed me, and cut me off at the stop sign. I followed him into the support center building. Hopefully he gets fired

Worst delivery. Didn’t leave my package or a note and the ivr was terrible and unusable. My package is now stuck for 4 more days thanks a ton!!!National agents are awful

I was briefly employed here. Only thing they care about is getting the trucks loaded! They should have robots they are not people oriented. Do not waste your time being employed here. They do not embrace the disabled. They are clueless and violate HIPPA policies!
