Chad & his sons are great to work with. We had 2 great experiences working with them. We bought a vehicle in August & loved it but unfortunately had an accident & it was totaled. I called Chad when the accident happened. He helped us get the car towed to his shop, bought the car from us &found another vehicle for us. These are just a few of the things he did for us. I would highly recommend Chad & The Toy Box if you are looking for a vehicle. Thanks again Chad for all you did to help us!!

I spent a week attempting to buy a Buick riviera from Mike. He gave me the runaround, would not so much as send me a video of the car running and went to a car show when a mechanic I paid went to check it out for me. He's all nicey nice until you want outside verification. Don't bother.

The staff was absolutely helpful and friendly while testdriving my eventual car I noticed a check engine light was on. When I got back I mentioned it to Kyler the owners son he plugged in the scanner and it was just a sensor. He reassured me they would fix it so I decided to proceed and we set an appointment for the end of the week once it was fixed. The next day when the car was in the shop Kyler gave me a call and said when they were changing the sensor they had discovered the timing chain was in a rough shape and should be changed. Now they could have not fixed it and I'd be none the wiser until I hit issues with the car but they didn't they got it fixed and I never even heard the price. The staff did say they had to pull the motor to do the repair so that leads me to think it was probably over 1k.Thanks to kyler and Chad for helping me get in my new to me camry I love the car this far I've already put 5,000 miles on it sense I've got the car and it's driving great

I saw ad for my dream truck. I messaged and was told it was still available. Chad said the shop was closed but he was willing to drive in and meet us. We set a time and Drove from Chatfield,MN to LaCrosse to see truck. on a Saturday evening. We test drove truck ,put money down.went back On Tuesday evening and Drove home my Blue, 2008 Dodge 2500 diesel, Ram. .I loved the flexibility on meeting time. Great location for business,Clean and welcoming office.Chad answered my questions honestly.( I knew the answers just wanted to see if he did. ) Chad gets 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. I will recommend.
