We stopped in twice to look at dress ideas for bridesmaids and my mom for my wedding. They were very accommodating to try on different styles and colors to help us narrow down our choices. They do carry limited sizes, though, so it can be a struggle to really see how a dress will look when it's not the correct size.

I had a wonderful time! Kylie was AMAZING! I was so nervous coming in, I’m a plus size bride and she made me feel so comfortable. She was not only super sweet, she went above and beyond for me and my group. She’s actually the one that suggested my “Yes!” dress! She was so wonderful. I felt no pressure during the whole thing. She was very professional, but not in a way that makes you feel like you’re in a business meeting. I felt that she genuinely wanted me to find my perfect dress rather than just any dress to make the store some money. Thank you Wedding Tree and Kylie!

I was thrilled to book an appointment at The Wedding Tree for my daughter to try on some wedding dresses for her upcoming wedding. Our appointment was at 10am and due to the lack of parking, and the fact that we had elderly ladies with us, it took us a bit to park in the parking ramp a block over. The lady kindly waited for us. She lead us up to the 2nd floor where we began the day my daughter would never forget! As the lady began with the dresses she seemed to rush things along, almost like she really wanted to get this over with, but we just maintained our positive attitudes, trying to redirect our thinking. Hoping we weren't correct on how we felt. Well my daughter believed she found the dress she wanted, but asked to try it on one more time to confirm! As her entire bridal party sat just on the other side of the fabic curtain, we heard the lady tell her perhaps she would find a dress at the plus size store in the twin cities. Immediately I could feel my daughter's energy change. She no longer liked the dress. When the lady stepped out of the room to check on something, my daughter began sobbing and wanted to go home. As the lady returned she rushed our party out, we could no longer use the elevator, the elderly ladies that we had in our group had to walk down the stairs (not an easy task for them), we could no longer use the restroom that was upstairs. I paid for my daughter to have a wonderful experience. Something she could remember. Well she will remember this. I'm so disappointed in how we were treated.

I had an amazing time at the Wedding Tree shopping for my perfect dress! If you go see if you can request Kayla she was so wonderful to work with! She was easy going, makes you feel very comfortable and confident I would highly recommend shopping here for your big day!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVED MY EXPERIENCE. The staff was amazing and our personal "guide" was equally as amazing. She gave great advice and helped me find just what I was looking for. I know my prom is going to be fantastic, just because wedding tree helped it come to life with my dress!!! Thank you!!

I am very disappointed in the Wedding Tree. I bought a dress that has lost about 12 gems from trying it on at home. I felt with the cost of the dress (not cheap) the quality should have been better and the gems not to fall off with a mere touch. I called Wedding Tree. I continued to get voice mail so I left a message that I wanted to talk about the quality of a dress purchased.. no call back.. their website said to email their support for questions to them. I sent an email explaining that this dress should be of better quality. It has been over a week and not a word from them. I explained I understand there is a no refund policy but wanted this feedback given for them to pass on to their distributor. Im upset they cant even return a friendly call for follow up after spending so much money in their store. Very bad customer service outside of the store.

My daughter visited for a prom dress shopping day. Customer service was top notch. The sales associate listened to all my daughters wants, needs, concerns and did not try to sell her something she wasn't comfortable in. She ended up ordering a beautiful dress and she is so happy. Keep up the great customer service! 5☆

I went with a bridal party for bridesmaid dresses. As a plus size girl with a bigger bust, the Wedding Tree is not the place to go to try on bridesmaid dresses. They did not have much of a selection for me to try on. The best they could accommodate was to “hold it in the back.” so I could get an idea.

I was so nervous to come here thinking since I didn't have a big budget that I would be treated differently. In the past I have been treated horribly by some wedding shops in town. But Paige who helped me was so sweet and kind. She treated me with respect and helped point out the lower priced dresses with no judgement. She also was not pushy trying to get me to buy a dress. She was just amazing through the whole process. Trust me when shopping for a dress you want to come here and ask for Paige!
