Your support staff was efficient and knowledgeable. Seth was great to work with even though that it meant that my iMac was toast from a lightning strike. He dialed me with a new iMac and I love it!! — I drove an hour away to get their great service and it was worth it!!

I just got back from The [Mac-Gal-]-/Guy'sI walked in thinking I would have to leave my computer with them for days and maybe longer but to my surprise the Gal at the counter asked me how she could help!!!My son who lives in MI. and I spent the better part of the last two days trying to get my computer back on line with no success, it was locked up like never before.I was able to take my computer home and was red faced and a happy camper again.Thanks To: I didn't get her name shame on me.I can't say enough good about The Mac-Guy's and Gal.Tye.S.

These guys(gals) are awesome. I highly recommend them for smart service and quick turnaround. Whatever you do don't take your Mac to Best Buy for service. The worst.The Mac Guys fixed my work computer and finished it in a quick turnaround.Life saver!I was surprised there are no Apple Stores anywhere near La Crosse or near this area. Super happy that The Mac Guys store is here.

Great experience with the young woman who served me. She was friendly and patient and did not talk down to me when I asked questions about my Ipad. The answers were probably pretty obvious to her but she did not patronize me and I appreciate that.

Having my MacBook Air monitored by The Mac Guys provided me with a notification that my computer was within 10% of maximum storage. I called and inquired about when I could bring it in to resolve this issue. Heidi was helpful over the phone and when I stopped by the store, Brooke immediately looked over my computer as I watched her reduce used storage by over 50%. Absolutely impressed with their knowledge and customer service!Thank You!!
