“i went into tradehome looking for hokas. as a waitress who has broken both ankles, comfort and support is incredibly important to me. the store was busy when we arrived, but we were approached promptly. i wish i had gotten her name but the best i can do is say a woman with long brown hair dyed teal underneath. she asked me what style i was looking for, and i said i truly knew nothing about hokas. she asked me what colors i was looking for, then returned with 4 pairs with various support styles. as i tried them on, she explained them in depth and eventually helped me decide on the shoes i ended up buying. she was FANTASTIC, explaining to me exactly the type of support i needed with how my feet rest. shopping makes me anxious, and when i get overwhelmed i generally leave a store without purchasing what i needed. she was quick to make me feel welcomed and understood. again, i wish i'd gotten her name, she was so helpful!! our experience was great because of her!”
