Getting a little bit annoyed. They told when I called that my wedding dress should be done in the next couple days and that was over a week ago. It’s been there for over 3 weeks! On top of this I haven’t heard anything from them at all!

Brought my Christmas suit in to be cleaned. Picked it up the next day and it still smelled like my perfume and the white on the fabric looked washed and still dirty. The Santa hat had spots of hard sticky stuff on it. 40$ down the drain.

The hours are not reasonable, the staff are less than helpful. The end result of your product is worth the two stars.

I have used this business in the past with great satisfaction, but no more. The business has acquired Hangers to Hems in Onalaska. So they now ship off all clothing to Onalaska to be cleaned. Though their scrolling sign claims the clothing will be cleaned in one day, it will take five days for my clothing that was dropped off at 8:30 am on Wednesday to be done on Monday. Staff informed the owners that their giant, scrolling sign is inaccurate, but they did not change it. So beware that they will not do as noted in their public advertisements. Highly unprofessional when you need certain clothing for special events.Service: Organic dry cleaning

Dropped off clothes around 9am needing them to be pressed no later than two mornings later. I got a call back that my garments were ready about 2.5 to 3 hours (same day)later. The clothes look great and this is the fastest turnaround for any dry cleaners I have ever used. Only will use them when I’m in/around LaCrosse WI going forward. I have gone to this place for years and everyone was always so friendly. They always did a fantastic job (and still do) with my items I bring in. I was just there recently and bought in some items to be cleaned. When I walked in the lady working behind the counter looked at me and rolled her eyes and said ‘SERIOUSLY?!?’ I said ‘yes, seriously….. is this not a business that cleans laundry? Why the attitude?’ And she shook her head and said ‘I was sweeping’ I don’t know if me opening the door might have blown around some of the stuff she had swept up but it was rude as hell to greet a paying customer that way. I didn’t know what she was doing. I think she’s a new employee, I remember her getting trained like a month ago when I was in there. Either way….the way she greeted me walking through the door was unacceptable. I don’t know if she was having a bad personal day or what but it was rude. I’ve never had any issues with anyone else there. Everyone else always smiles and greets me when I come in. I’m not asking to roll out a red carpet when I come in but a smile and a hello would be suffice, not a…… SERIOUSLY? and an eye roll to go along with it. This makes me want to bring my cleaning elsewhere.Services: Laundry wash & fold

When I walked in to request an alteration, I warmly greeted the employee at the counter with a hello. She responded with a glare, no hello, and curtly asked what the name is. She proceeded to grab my bag of clothes and aggressively dump them on the counter. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. After 5 years of being a Sew Clean customer, I will not be returning.
