“They had my truck ready when I arrived and made the rental process extremely easy. The truck drove great and was cheaper than other places had quoted me. Because of the 24 hour key drop box, I was able to drop off the truck even though the store was closed. Thanks for a great experience. I will never go to U-Haul again!”
“After reserving a moving truck to be picked up in Winona MN, I received a text message letting me know that they didn’t have a truck I need and the the only truck they had had a dead battery, so I was told to pick up the moving truck in LaCrescent, WI where the dealer had not approved the truck so we were then instructed to go to LaCrosse where we could finally get the truck we needed. Though this caused extra travel, U-HAUL’s customer service was great and compensated us for mileage plus hassle. They truly made the best out of the situation at hand. The flaws in reserving had nothing to do with the company itself and we are grateful for their help, understanding and compensation. Thank you, U-HAUL.”

“The guy who helped me was great. I tried to rent a car dolly and the vehicle I needed to get home wasn't right for a dolly. The guy who helped me was very patient and took the time to help me even though he was the only one there and I could tell that he was busy. I wish that More businesses had employees who understand what customer service is like he does.”
