Always clean, great group of regulars that work out. No gym is perfect, it's what you do with the time spent in the gym. This gym provides me the tools to get the work in. Very happy to be a member.

This gym has been my second home for almost 3 years now, so I have a good basis of opinion.Pros: Even at peak hours, there's plenty of equipment to go around so you're not stalled waiting on machines.Quiet, friendly co-members, barely any weirdos.The owner works wonders managing this place alone; she's assertive, kind, fair, understanding, and puts in 110% effort keeping the place clean year round. We're not close by any means, but she's the kind of person you could trust with your life.Cons: If you wear street shoes inside she's coming down on you with hellfire.Gotta fight tooth and nail to get toilet paper out of the dispenser.The occasional naked old guy.

This gym is great! Clean, organized & has so much to offer. My favorite is the variety of machines the gym has to offer. Not far behind is the sauna & tanning.

I have been a member of several gyms around the country over the years. Premier Fitness is among the best I have been a part of. I have been a member for almost two years. There is a wide range of equipment to meet workout requirements. The gym is well maintained and kept clean. I highly recommend this gym.

Very clean 24 Hour facility! Membership pricing is also very competitive for the area. There's a sauna, tanning, protein shake bar! Plus, the owner is very personable and her members are always the priority. I love it here!

Very clean gym, There is a lot of equipment to chose from so don’t have to wait to get on equipment. The owner is super friendly and if you have any issues with anything she is more than willing to help! And the shake bar is awesome! Great gym!!

This is the best gym in La Crosse. It has a great variety of free weights, weight machines, treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bicycles. The gym is always clean, as are the locker rooms. The staff is friendly and rates are reasonable for this kind of gym. The clientele is even friendlier than other gyms I’ve been to.You can’t go wrong with Premier Fitness and Wellness.

Does not give active military discount unless you sign up for membership. Also when you pay for a day pass you don't get to use the entire gym. So now you're saying they can use that $10 towards their membership if they sign up but in fact you charged $15. Sounds like you don't know what you did or you're taking advantage of an active military person.
