Only call if there open, the dispatch center is officially worthless. 3rd time calling and 3rd time getting someone else. This call center obviously doesn’t know anything and poor customer service. Will say I use them often when they are open and are good.

Had a flat on my trailer and they were fast to get to us and get it replaced. Nate was fast and funny. Definitely worth a call when you need after hours service.

I have been here several times. Staff has been friendly. The service is reasonably quick, they have gotten everything I have brought to them done in the same day. It would be nice if they took appointments.

When I contacted Pomp's earlier today, I was greeted with a friendly voice and promptly transferred to the Service Department. The Service Department took my information and within an hour their technician Nate arrived. From the time Nate arrived to the time he was finished, it was less than an hour. Nate was very friendly and discussed the repair options with me so that I could make the decision. Very impressed!!

Pomp’s tires was very helpful especially Brad with staying in contact to make sure we could come in and get help on our car and make sure we could safely drive. Wonderful service!

I went in because I needed a few tires patched and a rotation. I was recommended from a friend to go to Nathan and he was so sweet and nice! He helped reassure me things would get figured out and repaired. He answered all of my questions that I had and he also gave me a heads up about my tire bearings. He was very helpful! I highly recommend! ?
