Hands down the best Dealership experience I've ever had! The staff from top to bottom are class acts! Nikki and Jared for working tirelessly to get me into a new truck, Jonathan for his above and beyond service and professionalism every time I'm in there, both Manny and Marty are a great dou and I always feel like I'm in good hands for service, and Clint in parts! This team is the real deal and I'll be sending all of my friends and family their way!

Something they could help with is the management customer service because it wasn't very good. This is honestly the worst dealership around the area. Work on people skills Pischke because it's super bad. Highly not recommended. I honestly would never trust Pischke.

Nikki and Jared were so very helpful! It was my first ever time buying a car from a dealership. They walked me through every step and took careful time to make sure I understood everything they told me! Motor replacement in a 2017 jeep Cherokee. I was asked if I wanted to spend an additional 400 for spark plug replacement. I strongly feel this should have been included in the cost of the replacement motor.
Brought my daughters perspective car purchase in for a pre-purchase inspection. Eric treated my daughter excellent. He was courteous and made my 17 year old daughter feel comfortable in what would have been difficult for her. Thank You Eric.

Bought our new 2023 Rogue from them last summer and had a poor experience with our salesman. He would play on his phone, stop the conversation to look at motorcycles passing by, wasn't paying attention to our answers to his questions, and twice he brought out paperwork trying to get us to sign for a purchase agreement with a 6 year loan rather than the 3 year. When we went to sign paperwork and finalize our financing he had paperwork prepared for a 6 year loan AGAIN! Had to wait 30 extra minutes while they corrected it, and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. Sadly, our salesman was also training to do the financing, so maybe he got a bonus if he talked people into longer loans. When doing the final review of the car, his lack of professionalism really shined when he dropped an F bomb. We'll be making the hour drive to another dealer for our future Nissan purchases. The service department had been doing alright with our previous Nissan, which is why they get 2 stars here instead of 1. However, the last 2 times I called I got transferred but then no one answered. Also, my wife took the car in for an oil change and it took them an hour and a half, and they used their bulk oil rather than the synthetic that we requested. Lastly, take some 5 star reviews with a grain of salt as we were offered a free oil change for a 5 star Google review and for a perfect 10 out of 10 on the Nissan survey. Very poor practice in the marketing world, but I can see why our salesman needed to incentivize customers.
