“We purchased a product at HD in Onalaska. We used the item and we’re not happy with it. When we called the store to see if we could return it, they said absolutely, bring it in. We were still apprehensive, but we brought it in. When we got to the store the young man took the item looked up the purchase, and gave us a refund…. In a world where the burden always falls on the customer, it was refreshing to receive the kind of customer service we did.”

“I'm giving this location 4 stars for several reasons: The cosmetics section isn't on lockdown like it is where I'm from. Where I'm at, even the common body sprays are locked up and you can never find anyone to unlock the case. No problem at this location. The gluten free section at this store isn't super, but they have one and it's easy to find. They also have a decent selection of non-dairy frozen treats. And finally, it's clean and the staff I encountered were friendly. Anyone complaining about this location ought to experience the ones out west in AZ and NV.”
