If you have anything bad to say about these apartments or the management you’re probably just a miserable tenant. Apartments are clean and well kept. If there is an issue they are prompt and have it covered within a day or have a plan and timeline for when they will get to it.

Nicolai Apartments was nothing short of amazing for the 3 years I rented with them. Any issues were always repaired within 1-2 days by their incredibly nice maintenance staff, you can always count on the grass to be mowed in the warmer months and the parking lot to be plowed in the colder ones.I highly recommend Nicolai for an affordable, quiet, high-quality apartment. They care a lot about their properties & their tenants and it shows.

(Calvert Rd) Overall I had a very nice experience with management and the other residents. The one problem I had in the few years I stayed there was dealing with hard water. I had created a maintenance ticket for it but never heard back.

Nicolai was easy to rent from. They are very prompt in responding to all situations. If you are in need of housing I strongly recommend Nicolai Apartments.

I rented from Nicolai Apartments for about 2 years and loved living here. The area was quiet and safe. Nate was always very responsive to any problems I had and solved them extremely quickly. The rent was never raised. I never had any problems living here and would highly recommend it to a friend.

Thank you Nicolai Apartments for a beautiful place to live for the last two years. The apartments in Bangor are modern, well equipped with new appliances, spacious, and most importantly, quiet. All the neighbors were friendly, always....Restaurant one block away, grocery store within walking distance. Sad to go, but highly recommend.

Nicolai Apartments and Nate are amazing to work with and rent from! Nate is very responsive and makes sure all your needs are completed! 12/10 recommend renting from Nicolai Apartments. Very nice apartments for cheap!

I absolutely loved living at the Nicolai Apartments! Nate was always responsive and answered any questions I may have had during my time living there. They were definitely the best one bedroom apartment I could find in the area! ?

My child flushed a kinder egg down the toilet and we called them to come check it out. Fast service but did not get the job done, the toilet was still clogged. Called them the next day saying they didn’t get the object out; they said we would need to buy a new toilet since we broke it. They sent someone to come check it out again and the person said he got it. Tried to flush toilet paper down, still clogged! Took the toilet off and got the egg out ourselves. Now the toilet works fine! Please make sure you send someone who knows what they’re doing!

I lived on Losey Blvd for one year while I was going to Viterbo. Overall had a pleasant experience with the staff, primarily worked with Nate. The complex was well taken care of, a spacious apartment for $700 a month. Electric was never more than $70 a month. I would recommend to others in the area.

This place is very comfortable and high quality. From ceiling to floor. Safety is a high priority. It's a great apartment, IMO! Thank you, Nicolai!

Me and my roomamate applied for one of there units they told us they would get back to us as soon as possible and never called or emailed us back for 3 to 4 weeks after the application process , I called the office talked to the desk lady was told i would get a response or call back and nothing, I emailed them several times as well. Very horrible services will never will apply again, if your going to deny people applications you need to let people know contact them back so they can be on there way with there apartment search , don't dodge and ignore them. very unprofessional.

I have been interested in their apartments for 2 years now. They constantly post listings but every time I contact them, they never answer and leave me on read. One time they did reply but it was extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. I had messaged them about apply for the apartment they had listed but it stated no where in the description what the apartment number was (and that info is needed to apply) and when we asked them, they simply sent us the link to their page. Not helpful. Awful management. It's a shame because their apartments are nice.

I've been renting from Nicolai Apartments for just about a 2 years. The administrative staff is phenomenal. The staff takes your concerns seriously and resolves any issues you may be experiencing in a timely manner. When I first moved in, my fridge broke. I called Nicolai and the maintenance staff had a new fridge for me the same day. One of the maintenance staff even gave me a cooler with ice to keep my food in while I waited for the new fridge to come to temperature.The rentals are very clean when you move in. The landlord is not going to let you arrive if the unit is not up to their high standards.The units are affordable which is very important to the tenants that need someone to stay but are on a budget.I've really been enjoying my time renting from Nicolai. The liberty street location was a short commute to UW-L but it was far enough away from campus to get away from the loud parties.

We have lived at the Calvert road location for a little over 2 years now, and I can tell that Nicolai truly cares about their tenants. Their communication with us has always been very thorough and helpful whenever we need them. We really appreciate the way their staff has prioritized our needs at our home throughout the years and I couldn’t be happier with our choice to live here. Thank you Nicolai!
