Everyone was very professional and helpful. Prices very competitive with the big box stores, and going there instead of Home Depot supports local business. I'll certainly go back there, again.

We purchased all of our appliances for a brand new build through them in 2022 since they are a locally owned company. They said that ALL appliances would be installed for free and then they didn’t install the microwave. When I called and asked about it they said that the microwave would be a charge to install as it was not included and I could pay to have someone come back to install it. A microwave is an appliance, yes?!?! They never mentioned this to us when purchasing as they told us ALL appliances. So I ended up having to pay our contractors to install it since they would do it at a better cost. Fast forward to 2023. Our refrigerator has an error code displaying and we did the trouble shooting and that did not fix the issue. We have only been using our refrigerator for a year and 6 days from our move in date when we originally contacted them about the error. Since we took delivery 2 months prior to this our warranty expired. They charge around $150 just to come to our house plus an additional $25 per 15 minutes here evaluating the issue and that doesn’t include the cost of what it would be to fix the issue. We chose them over a chain appliance store thinking they would have good customer service. I guess spending over $7000 on brand new appliances for a brand new house means nothing to them. I would think twice before purchasing through them and LG products.

I have bought many appliances from Midwest over the years. I bought a new Maytag washer and dryer five years ago. After 3 years, the rubber seal (boot) came off a was replaced for $311.00. Came off again a week ago. Salesman told me Maytag was bought by Whirlpool 10 years ago and there have been many problems since then, (never told this at time of sale). Told that replacement would be at least $500.00. When I said that was outrageous the salesman was apologetic and wanted to know if I wanted to buy a new washing machine. After buying a new machine 5 years ago! The office person “Patty” was unfriendly, unsympathetic and dismissive. Not even a free service charge, nothing. Will never do business with them again.

Very easy to work with. Reasonable prices and the service is excellent. Purchased a dishwasher on Thursday and installed on Monday.

I bought a washer and dryer here back on January 15th. Salesman Bryan was great!! He was super helpful and listened to what I was looking for. He helped me find a nice washer and dryer set for our apartment. It’s been a few months and they are still working great!! I’m glad I chose to work with someone local, and I will definitely use this location in the future if I am looking to buy appliances!

Great prices and friendly staff fast shipping and install too. Had minor issue with fit and scratches on our floor but it went reasonably well.
