Seasoned CPAP user. Called store, once my doctor sent referral. Store placed me on hold for 1 mins. Came back on, said let's get you In right away, insurance approved everything. Todd showed me the new air sense 11 machine. Very friendly, super knowledgeable. One heck of a guy!! Young ladies in the front had big smiles the entire time I was in the store. What a positive welcoming enviorment. I'm beyond excited to continue to work with the staff of this office. Will be recommending them to everyone I know!! Ask for Todd!

I agree with the other posts,,,This place should be put out of business,,til they replase the wanna be BIG MOUTH KNOW IT ALL woman at the desk....Wanna be,,and that is all ,,,,tells you one thing,,then a minute later tells you another..Even the other woman called back after I hung up on the Knowit all Queen,,and she went in to an anxiety mode,,then made no sense at all..They will not listen,,they know it all. I would give them the absolute worst recommendation,,,,,,,,

Terrible customer service. Honestly the receptionist at three front desk is a joke. Had to cancel 3 times already due to scheduling issues. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. Don't waste your time with these people

If I could give 0 i would. 3 times i have canceled. They keep sending me stuff and charging my credit card. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!They could not refund my card i had to wait 2 weeks to pay my card. I called 8am on monday and was on hold for over an hour as i was out 200+ dollars. They said well we have an 8am meeting. If no one woll answer the phone you are not open!!I cannot return things to the shop in la crosse as its just a sales store.

So I have had the cpap less than 3 months. I thought at first it was my sleep walking or taking it off at night so I started to watch on camera. Found out I’m wearing it way more than it records. Brought it in and Tracy said it seems to be working right but she would follow up w company next day. She did and more showed up from the previous day but not all the others. Few days go by and it’s once again off. I called and the women said she’s on vacation she will return twins day and not to worry there will be a recording that i’ve called with problems about it. Tuesday has come and gone, I left another message on Thursday w another lady … it’s now Saturday and once again the machine has zero bars of reception and isn’t recorded long the hours I’m on the machin. It runs random diagnostics while I’m hooked up the to machine and then it doesn’t start up again automatically. So basically I can have it on and running while sleeping, it runs a diagnostic and shut it off while I’m sleeping. It also just losses the reception for internet to send the data to anywhere which is then not recording and insurance require 4 hrs every night. I can’t fix this myself and I called my insurance company and they said there is no way for them to know that I left messages. If I have a problem they need to fix it and fast because my stats aren’t great for the last 3 months and I’m at risk for losing it altogether.A comment Tracy made was you don’t even have enough events at night to keep insurance… it’s likely b/c I don’t have a machine that records them and even if I did it’s supposed to tco of that and reduce the number I have anyways! I just don’t like being rude but I also don’t like to not have a way toFix the problems and hate to go to places when they really don’t do anything but call a company about it… just call them then. Is that to much to ask… call me back too?Tracy has been kind I will say that!

One star is is to many this is worst place in lacrosse to get medical supplies from had to sit in waiting room for half hour before they told me they had to cancel my appointment for 2nd time receptionist was rude to me and other callers while i was there but no worries lacrosse family medical supply help me out the same day no problems!

Address on web is not address of location. When I called to ask where they were I was told another address. I suggested correcting the website and was told that Google needed to do that. Got to location and drove by it before seeing the tiny sign. Around the block not sure where to park took alley and saw a lincare van. Better signage for store and parking would be helpful.

Their business hours are HORRIBLE. Hours of business printed on the door are Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. I arrived Monday to find the door locked with a clock sign on the door stating they would return at 8:00 which I assumed was 8:00 am the next morning. I went back the next day, Tuesday, approximately 12:15 only to find the door locked with the clock showing they would be back at 11:30. Since it was already almost an hour past the stated time they would be back I thought perhaps they meant to state 12:30 rather than 11:30. I arrived back at 12:35 to find it still closed. I waited a few minutes, but left when they did not open. Later that day at 2:00 I called to see when they would be open the next day, only to find I was not speaking to an employee of Lincare, but the answering service who could only state that their hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 - 5:00. It is a very good thing we were being protective in attempting to get replacement oxygen a few days early rather than wait until my Mother was almost out. Extremely poor customer service.
