Epic fail as far as customer service. Called twice for help with a LE 9000 Ford Silage truck. Gave them detailed message about what is needed for repairs. Never heard back from them. Spoke to 2 different guys. Both said they could help me with this project. Today I called again since Insurance is closing my claim. The tone used--Ma"am I will tell you right now that... The tone was terrible and condescending. Told me she knew what I needed but conversation had just started. Better listening. Better customer service. I have owned my own businesses for 38 years. WOW.

This place use to have good reliable service when Danny managed the service dept. Now their prices and quality have sank. They had the truck for a few repairs recently. Labor price well over double quoted. Also waited for 3 weeks for a phone call back. Heck i even called and left a message and still nothing. I have now picked up the truck to have repairs done elsewhere. Highly suggest avoiding, along with their sister company Riverstates.Update to owner’s response. Yes Wes called me Friday and here are is words exactly. “So i talked to the general manager and he said he will give you $300 to fix your google review.” Yes i turned it down. the wording alone shows that your more worried about the review than anything. To make it even better when i turned it down he said “well ill talk with the gm and call you back on Monday. Today is Wednesday still got nothing for a call back.

Go in need airbag replaced on trailer. They got us right in. When all said and done the bill was $751.00. For a airbag.. they charge me $348.78 for a 100$ airbag. This is a rip off as big as I have ever got. Trucking for 30+yrs and have never been over charged like this.. I will never go back and do not recommend this place to anyone.. DSH Trucking LLC..
