Jacobson's Moving & Storage is a very good, small family-owned company with excellent values that deeply cares for people. Customers consistently give them five stars for their great customer service, from the first enthusiastic phone call to the completion of the move. Their teams are professional, polite, and hard-working, taking great care with belongings even around tight corners and in extreme weather. They are efficient, have a positive attitude, and take pride in their work. The trucks have ample space for large and varied items. Prices are reasonable, offering good value, and the office staff is friendly and helpful. While it is wise to get a clear quote upfront regarding timing and rates, customers report a deep feeling that someone cares about their move and would not trust their possessions to anyone else.

We've used Jacobson's 2-3 different times when we've moved and they've always done a great job with very hard-working and polite employees. Patty at the office is very friendly and very helpful.
