this place is a joke. the buying experience was aggrivating and deceptive. and ultimately the certified used car they sold me didn't have the features they said and it had defective parts that weren't covered by the warranty. both the sales person and the sales manager essentially told me to pound dirt and that it was my problem. had a terrible experience with the finance person, too. horrible experience from start to finish.

Long story short, we ran into an issue out of Dahl Honda's control. They took ownership of the problem and did everything they could to make it right. It's easy to look good in a smooth transaction, but Dahl Honda really shined in a tough situation.The long version: I brought in my car for a windshield replacement. I wanted a factory windshield with the sound deadening that is part of the Pilot Elite (and not available aftermarket). Their normal contractor wasn't available so in an effort to minimize the time my car was in service, they brought in a different contractor. That third party installer left plastic clips broken, didn't reattach all the trim, reused the gel pad for the safety equipment, and lost the covers for the bolts that hold the wiper blades on. When we looked at the car, I noticed it and Joseph, my service advisor, immediately apologized and said he didn't want it to go out like that. Pete, the service manger, agreed. There was no argument at all. Dahl owned the issue and put me in a loaner while we waited for the parts to come in to fix it. The gel pad is only available with the windshield or with the camera - Honda doesn't sell it separately. Dahl had to buy the whole camera assembly just for the gel pad. They did it without complaint or argument. Honda had parts backordered, so I drove their loaner for just under a month. I couldn't have asked them to do more - they really did everything I could have asked to make it right and minimize the impact on me and my family. I trust them a lot more now after this experience because I know they're going to stand behind their work.

We went there to buy a minivan. Eugene our salesman told us that we could limit who they sent the credit application to. That way our credit didn't get so many "inquires". We filled out the credit app even though we already had financing, because Eugene told us we "only send it to your lender." The dealership ended up also pulling our credit after we explicitly told them not to. General manager is condescending and didn't wanna fix the situation on our credit. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there. What else could they be lying about?

I had an appointment at 11 AM to get my oil change and to get some other things checked out, by noon I went and checked on it nobody had even looked at it yet and I’m sitting waiting for my car. Nobody came and bothered to tell me what was going on or anything! I asked everybody what was going on and everybody looked at me like they were a deer in headlights. PISSED

I purchased my car new from Dahl Honda in 2019. I'd had several Honda's prior, and was always satisfied with the service from Hondamotorwerks. This is far from the level of service that I received there. It takes weeks to get service scheduled, the wait time while being serviced has always been twice as long as predicted (for routine service), and I've been spoken to in a manner I regard to be disrespectful and nonchalant. I would expect way more from a dealership that I trusted would provide me with attentive service when purchasing a vehicle from them. I have had Honda's for years and have been happy with them all, however I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again.

I can’t yet say that I do or don’t recommend Dahl Honda, but there is something that I think needs to be addressed. Just leased a new vehicle through Dahl Honda. Scheduled my first oil change and was shocked to see that they are scheduling out 4+ weeks…for JUST an oil change. My husband has his car serviced at Toyota and it’s usually about a week to get an appointment, so I am not sure why the delay here. I wish I would have been made aware ahead of time so that I would have made the appointment in advance.

horrible customer service. i had my car in for a oil change and look at a vibration issue. 2.5 hours later i stopped in to pick it up because no one answered the phone, and the oil change hadnt been done yet, and all they came up with was the tires were out of balance (which were new tires with 100 miles on them). i sat and waited, and they suggested an alignment. when i came in to pick up the car after an alignment, there was a $12 fee for "enviromental" which appearantly was for grease they used? you'd think that would be included in the base fee... while waiting in line i overheard another customer complain they called 7 times to see if her car was done, and the service desk said, "sorry someone went home sick today your car is on the list of people to call"

The service department charged me incorrectly for an oil change/tire rotation, I was unaware. A few days later they charged my card without my consent for $80. Will never be going back.

I bought a CRV a couple months ago from Dahl Honda and I LOVE IT! A few weeks back I noticed a slow leak and called Honda and they got me right in and fixed it with no charge. They gave me a shuttle ride home so I wouldn’t have to wait and picked me up when it was ready. I’m very happy

I had worked with Ben Wilde, Jordan Swift and and Jake Ludwig. The whole experience was comfortable and not pushy, which as a consumer is one of the most important things to me. They really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and showed me the best options within those desires.

How about no stars?! Dahl Honda has terrible service. I took my Ridgeline in last fall and they misdiagnosed the problem and gave it back to me with the original problem. Then they fixed what I originally complained about setting me back $$$. Within days of having an alignment it was off and the manager blamed my driving. So months pass and I need service again so I give them another chance and they give me a quote over the phone. I bring the vehicle in and boom $1000 more than the quote. I feel as if it's all about the bottom line here.
