“Not sure why but I always feel unsafe attempting to pull into the drive thru. It works, but somehow I wish it was just a little bit easier to navigate to the ATM, I'd feel more secure crossing traffic, making the turn and steering to the ATM without having to consider possibly being hit by another car or without possibly steering into something that I don't want to hit. It's a bit too tight.”

“Experienced various unpleasant encounters at both the La Crosse and Onalaska location. The ultimate reason why I am now leaving is because this bank charges you to access your own money. Ive needed a total of 1 counter check and 1 cashiers check over the last 3 years. I was able to get the cashiers check fee waived at a Minnesota location but was told at these two locations that they cannot do that under any circumstance. I have never opened a checking account where my first box of checks, which would last me a lifetime, was not free. I feel that it is absurd to lose a customer over the policy to charge $2 for a counter check. The La Crosse area associate over the phone felt the need to brainstorm with me about my best options moving forward: recommending ideas such as venmo, zelle, and the idea of just giving a large sum of cash to the recipient. I think my best option moving forward is just taking my business else where. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
Edited: When going into the La Crosse location to close my account I was asked why I was choosing to leave. After explaining, Wyatt rectified the situation and credited my account. Past experiences were frustrating and I wish this didn’t have to be something to fight for but I am happy it could be fixed. Both Wyatt and Jaxon seemed to care and were able to help me.”
